To ensure that you are the only one with access to your items, you are required to use your own locks. We do offer locks for sale.
Yes. We have dollies available for you to use for free. Just ask for them in the office, and we'll be happy to provide them to you.
Our facility is open from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday, and 6:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Sundays. The office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays.
We accept cash, check, or money orders, which can be mailed or dropped off at the facility. Or you can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards at our office or over the phone. You can also sign up for auto-pay and we will automatically bill your card.
Rent is always due on the first day of the month. We prorate on move-in so that your due date will always be the first.
Our facility is enclosed by a solid perimeter wall with a steel entry gate. Each unit is locked with your personal lock to ensure only you have access. We also have 24-hour video surveillance and an on-site manager.
An on-site manager means that an employee both lives and works at the facility. Although they may not be on-duty outside of regular office hours, they provide valuable peace of mind and added security by being there around the clock.
