Our History
Built in 1989 by Mickey and Pauline Kisling, Capistrano Properties Self Storage has been family owned and operated for over thirty-five years. Their daughter Shirley managed the facility for over twenty years until her retirement, and now the next generation continues the business today.
Originally built with 360 units, over the years we have made changes to accomodate the changing needs of our customers. We now have approximately 300 units of varying sizes to fit all of your self-storage needs.
